This dry traditional method cider is a blend of Redfield plus 6 Southern Heritage apples all harvested in 2020. Redfield provides just enough acidity and tannin provides structure and body while the remainder of the apples in the blend showcase the wonderful aromatic potential of Southern Heritage apples.
