This is a 50/50 blend of fresh pressed apples and aromatic wine grapes (hence the name Half Apple). Bottle fermentation and 3+ years aging en-tirage prior to riddling and disgorging has provided soft mouthfeel and complex fruity, floral, and yeasty aroma. Because of the bright fruity aroma and relatively lower acid this wine is balance without addition of residual sugar. 2019 Half Apple is extremely satisfying to drink on a warm Spring or Summer day.
