75% Golden Muscat and 25% Marquis
Fun, fresh, fruity and slightly sweet traditional method sparkling wine made from 75% Golden Muscat and 25% Marquis. The grapes were de-stemmed and immediately pressed into stainless steel tanks and fermented cool. Wine was then bottled with 10 g/L sugar remaining on August 1st, 2020. The remaining sugar was fermented in bottle. After aging 3+ years in bottle wines were then riddled and disgorged. Dosage was added to increase residual sugar to 15 g/L resulting in a crisp, slightly sweet, incredibly fruity sparkling wine.
