Blend

Redfield 40% - Grimes Golden 15% - Roxburry Russet 13% - Golden Russet 13% - Brushy Mountain Limbertwig 5% - King David 4% - Arkansas Black 3%


This dry traditional method cider is a blend of Redfield plus 6 Southern Heritage apples all harvested in 2020. Redfield provides just enough acidity and tannin provides structure and body while the remainder of the apples in the blend showcase the wonderful aromatic potential of Southern Heritage apples. This cider expresses familiar “classic apple aroma” but has a depth of supporting notes including herbaceous, floral, spice, and other subtle fruity notes like red berry and pear.
